1. Conditions
- Minimum age of students : 17
- Students need a valid passport.
2. Parental consent
Students under 18 must return the parental consent form sent to
them with the confirmation documents.
3. Insurance
Students are invited to take out complementary insurance for their
stay in France
4. Registration certificate
Non E.U. students who wish to stay longer than 3 months need to
register for an intensive course in order to register at the French
Consulate (in their country) and at the “Préfecture”
in France.
Registration is not transferable.
THe school is entitled to issue registration certificates (only
if a written proof of payment is provided).
Administrative procedures vary from one country to another. Therefore,
our students are advised to check at the French Consulate in their
country as to how to obtain a visa.
5. Extension of start date
If a student cannot attend the starting date of the course, he needs
to inform the school as soon as possible. A change of dates is possible
within that school year only.
6. Registration
To register, students should fill in and sign the application forms
and send them back with a deposit (50% of the total amount due).
These documents are the equivalent of a contract between the student
and the school.
7. Payment
The total amount of fees must be sent at least 4 weeks before the
training starts. If not, the stay will be cancelled.
The address of the host family is sent to the students at least
one week before they arrive.
8. Cancellation
If a student cancels at least 8 days before the expected date, the
cost of his stay will be refunded minus cancellation fees (40€
for the lessons and 70€ for accommodation).
If he cancels less than 8 days before the expected date, the refund
is the deposit minus the cost of one week of lessons and accommodation.
There is no refund once the lessons have started. Only the date
of cancellation will be taken into account.
9. “Academic certificate”
A student has to attend lessons as regularly as possible. If not,
no certificate will be issued.
10. Public holidays
No lessons are given on July 14 and August 15..
11. Appropriate behavior
Any student whose behaviour is inappropriate or harmful to fellow
students or families can be expelled. In that case, no refund will
be granted.
